Terms and Conditions

On larger projects we normally work to ACE Agreements or other recognised industry standard terms of appointment.

On smaller and domestic projects our own Standard Terms are generally used. For alterations, investigations and similar, fees are charged on a Time Basis with our rates varying depending on level of staff and task being undertaken. Please note that on Time Basis projects we always charge travel time at the engineer's standard rate.
