PRE-PURCHASE SURVEYS
for Domestic and Commercial Properties
We are usually instructed after an initial survey by a Chartered Surveyor who finds cracks or other defects, which require expert attention.
Typically we:
- Take instructions and read any relevant previous reports
- Visit site, make sketches, measure slopes and tilts, take photos and notes as necessary
- Recommend and arrange futher testing that may be required e.g. drain tests, trial pits, soil and tree root analysis
- Report our opinion on the causes of the structural defects
- Recommend repairs or other actions
